REGISTRATION

YOU MUST BE A HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT FOR THE 2010-11 SCHOOL YEAR TO PARTICIPATE

1.)  Racers will register for free!  (Last year, it was 20 bucks; now other people pay for you).

2.)  You need to raise at least $20 by May 11 (May 8 if you want a free race t-shirt!)

3.)  If you raise over $40, your name will be put in a special raffle.  And after the first $40, 20% of all money you raise will go directly back to your outing club, or an outing club of your choice.

5.)  FUNDRAISING PRIZES:  The biggest fundraiser (by May 13 at 8pm) will win a prize of a guided and catered sea kayak tour of Casco Bay with Lincoln Outdoor Center for a group of 2-4, worth up to $500.  The second place fundraiser will win a Sierra Designs Meteor Light 2 Tent.  The third place fundraiser will win a Brunton Restore Solar Charger (for phones/ipods).

6.)  You MUST bring your release form to the race to compete.

You MUST print & bring a SIGNED copy of this Release Agreement with you on Race Day. If under 18 years old, your parent/guardian MUST have also signed this Agreement before you can participate.

People collecting cash donations should let us know via e-mail (snowco@spsd.org) by May 8 in order to reserve a race t-shirt.  They must also e-mail their total donation amount by May 13th in order to be in the fundraiser contest.  They are to bring all donations on the race morning, May 14.
